About the Coffee
What we usually expect of PNGs is a funky, wildness in the cup, reflecting the island where it is grown. This lot was a bit more refined and delicate while still managing to retain that wild cup profile. Papua New Guineas are a great chance to enjoy the complex Indonesian like coffee flavors without the heavy, earthy profile of Sumatra or Sulawesi coffees.
