China Pi Lo Chun Select
Grown in the mountains of Dongting, this entirely handmade tea seems to have absorbed the fragrance of the peach, plum and apricot trees that surround the gardens. The pale green tea has a delicate peach fragrance and unique aroma.
Recommendations: Use 1.5 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh, cold water until steam rises (160° F); let steep for 2 min. Good for multiple infusions.
