China Fine Lung Ching Organic
High grade Lung Ching. Fine leaf and flavorful, complex cup with sought after sweet chestnut flavor. The leaves are dried in a hot wok. Skillful hands press the leaves against the sides of the wok and turn them repeatedly until they obtain their characteristically flat shape. This basic Lung Ching from the Chinese Zehjiang Province is an excellent value.
Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh, cold water until slow steam rises (160° F); let steep for 2 min.
