Silver Needle (Yinzhen)
Produced in the Chinese Fujian province, Silver Needle tea consists of single buds of equal length, covered with white down. Infuses to pale yellow liquor with an extraordinary fresh, sweet fragrance. A delicate and subtle treat to help you relax.
Recommendations: Use 2 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water until it is steaming briskly (not boiling); let steep for 4 min.
