White Peony (Pai Mu Tan) Organic
The White Peony is made from the same bush as the Silver Needle. It has a similar natural sweetness, but a darker cup color and bolder aroma. Unusually lively and fresh tasting.
Recommendations: Use 3 grams (2 heaping soup spoons) per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water until it is steaming briskly (not boiling); let steep for 3-4 min.
Due to the size of the leaves, this tea can not be measured with a teaspoon.
