This Ethiopia displays an intense, complex aroma: red wine, stone fruit, a hint of roses. Low acidity, full, buttery mouthfeel. A 'berry bomb'.
About the Coffee
Harrar is one of the world's oldest and most traditional coffees. As it has been for centuries, it is hand picked and spread in the sun to allow the beans to dry inside the fruit. This way of processing is commonly referred to as the “natural” or “dry” process.
