RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on whole bean or ground coffee - even if unopened. However, we're always here to assist you!

If there's an issue with your order, please reach out to support@jaho.com within 15 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and details where applicable.

If your coffee is not to your satisfaction, our coffee experts are happy to offer brewing tips or recommend a blend that better suits your taste.

Unfortunately gift cards - physical or e-gifts - are non-returnable.

REFUND POLICY

We kindly ask that you allow 10 business days for an automatic refund to be applied to your original form of payment. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@jaho.com for further assistance.
