BLUE AYARZA
About This Coffee
Blue Ayarza is grown in the Santa Rosa region of southeastern Guatemala, where volcanic soil, high elevation (1,400–2,000m), and consistent sun make it ideal for producing dense, complex beans. This lot is made up of Anacafe 14, Bourbon, Catuai, and Pache varietals, naturally processed and dried on patios to intensify body and fruit sweetness. Expect a round, plush cup with cassis and dark grape notes layered over rich cocoa and a slightly boozy finish. A standout for those who love structured sweetness and mouth-coating texture.

These beans are really well done. All flavor notes are presented in milk based drinks. New favorite.

This is a sublime cup of coffee. It’s a complex medium roast with notes of chocolate, grape and dark cherry. It’s bold without being too heavy. One of my new favorites!
