A medium roast with soul, Salam unites coffees from Brazil, Ethiopia, and Sumatra into a cozy, comforting blend with notes of hot chocolate, hazelnut spread, and Southern pecan praline. It’s smooth, spiced, and warmly familiar.

This blend is inspired by our home of Salem, MA which in turn was named after the Hebrew/Arabic word for 'Peace'.

Salam means peace - and that’s exactly what this blend offers. With Brazilian coffee lending nutty sweetness, Ethiopian beans bringing gentle fruit acidity, and Sumatra adding rich body and spice, Salam is a textured and soulful cup. It’s sweet like hot chocolate, nutty like hazelnut spread, and finishes with the buttery depth of Southern pecan praline.     Love this roast

    I was introduced when Jaho first opened in Central Square. I can buy other coffees now that I'm back home in NY, but why? This is just the best.
