EARNING STARS:
At Jaho, we want to ensure that our customers are always rewarded appropriately.
- Customers can earn at least 1 star per dollar spent. Please see the Jaho Loyalty Tiers below for reference.
- Ex: Spend $10, earn 10 stars.
- Stars expire after 18 months.
REDEEMING REWARDS:
- Customers can redeem 25 stars for $1 off any purchase.
- Additional special rewards will be introduced to allow customers to redeem stars for specific items in the future.
JAHO LOYALTY TIERS:
Our loyalty tiers are meant to reward our regular customers more generously. Tier placement is based on Jaho stars earned, and each tier grants a bonus percentage of stars per dollar spent.
- Tiers run on a 12 month trail.
- Example: If a customer has reached the Jaho Pink tier, this means they have accumulated 400 Jaho stars within 12 months. To maintain the Jaho Pink tier, the customer does not need to have 400 Jaho stars in their account, but rather they should have accumulated at least 400 Jaho stars in the trailing 12 months.

We offer an in-store promotion on weekdays between 2PM and 5PM. Our Star Boost Hour allows customers with a $10 minimum spend to receive 50% more stars on their purchase.
