About This Signature Blend

Kōyō (紅葉) means “autumn leaves” in Japanese, and this blend is an homage to the quiet beauty of seasonal change. Brazilian beans provide a silky, nutty base while Vietnamese coffee adds gentle maltiness and structure.     Good for drip

    I tried these in an espresso machine and they were good but not great. Using an aeropress they really shined. These beans are probably great for drip if you like a darker roast, but I tend to prefer a lighter roast with more floral tones for my drip coffee.
