One of the darker roasts we offer, Pablo is complex and has a fully body. Characterized by it's Latin American origins, the blend displays dark chocolate, tobacco, walnut and a smooth lingering finish. It's a balanced, consistent blend that is suitable for every brewing method you can think of. If you enjoy a bold, rich, darker coffee, Pablo is your coffee. Great with or without milk.
About the Coffee
We use high grown, dense Latin American coffees for this blend. Named for one of our favorite coffee farmers and the rich, dark coffee he serves us every morning on his fazenda when we visit.
