The Coffee Experiment, located in a former barber shop at 67 Main St., is truly an experiment."

While owner Anil Mezini describes it as a wine bar, don’t miss the cocktails, many of which tie into Jaho’s coffee shop origins. There’s a boozy bubble tea, for example, as well as a bourbon-infused hot cider, a Vietnamese coffee martini, and more.
