Sourced from the rolling hills of Huila at altitudes ranging from 1,600–1,900 meters, this exceptional lot features the increasingly celebrated Pink Bourbon variety. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil and processed using a 45–50 hour washed fermentation, the coffee develops refined acidity, complex fruit layers, and a crisp floral finish. Drying is done slowly on patios and under solar dryers to preserve clarity and sweetness. Expect a delicate balance of tart citrus, creamy berry, and a silky mouthfeel that makes this selection shine.
